About the room

Second-floor, unfurnished room on the south end of Millcreek. Within easy walking distance from a Smith’s shopping center, a Walmart, a Walgreens, and a car mechanic; multiple bus stops are also situated right outside the complex. It’s about a twenty to twenty-five minute commute to the U, depending on traffic up on Foothill.

The property itself is well-maintained and always has ample parking available right outside the unit, including one reserved covered spot per unit; I’m not picky about who gets the spot, since there’s never been a shortage of parking here. The area is always quiet, despite children and pets being present. The unit is also very conveniently located right above the property’s main office. A pool and spa are present right next to the unit as well.

Willing to negotiate the master bedroom with attached bathroom. The other available bedroom and kitchen both have a nice view of Mount Olympus. Washer/dryer, heating, and central a/c are included. A very comfy place overall.

About the roomies

I’m a 26-year-old soon-to-be student at the U, currently working full-time as a medical assistant at the University Hospital and Huntsman Cancer Institute. My neighbors and I are all very quiet people. I’ll usually be in my bedroom when I’m not out, but I’m more than happy to socialize and am A-Okay with guests and friends visiting so long as I know ahead of time.

Worth mentioning: the living room is large enough to serve as a third bedroom, and is sectioned off from the entrance and kitchen, so a divider would provide ample privacy; I’m willing to negotiate a third roommate if you have somebody else in mind and they’re okay with taking the living room.
