Room is in a quiet N/W Meridian home in a cul de sac. Roomie will have access to all shared amenities, including large shaded back yard. Enjoy your own garage parking space and access to in home office/study/craft space. Home has new paint and carpet and is close to numerous shopping and dinning options. Smoking is allowed on the back patio only. No cannabis use. Mature, responsible college student or professional preferred. Room is not yet cleared, but will be when you move in. Dog in the picture was visiting, no dog currently in the home.

About the roomies

I am an 80 year old gregarious gentleman. Retired fire fighter and Army veteran. I do have caregivers and family that come to the home regularly to spend time with me and check on me. I prefer a roomie that shares my conservative values.
