About the roomies
• One roommate is studying to become a physical therapist and is often busy with her residency schedule. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and open to conversation. While she studies mostly in her room and uses her own setup, she comes out to the common area to hang out and chat when she has time
• Another roommate is pursuing her MBA and balances being social and focused. She occasionally uses the living room to study or relax, especially on Sunday afternoons, and may have a friend over for a few hours. She always cleans up afterward and keeps shared spaces organized
• The apartment has a strong culture of cleanliness and communication. Everyone follows a 48 hour guideline for keeping common areas tidy, such as washing dishes and not leaving items out
• Roommates rotate trash duties weekly so everyone contributes
• Guests are welcome. We just ask everyone to be respectful, clean up after themselves, and communicate if planning anything larger
• The vibe is not silent or overly strict. It feels more like living with considerate siblings. People play music in their rooms, the TV may be on, and the kitchen can be active with cooking, meal prepping, or FaceTiming
• It is a comfortable, lived in environment where everyone respects each other’s space without it feeling too quiet or rigid
• Important timing note. The physical therapy roommate and the MBA roommate will both be moving out in May, and the remaining roommate plans to leave around mid June
• From mid June through the end of the lease, you will most likely have the apartment to yourself.
• The building community has more of a international-vibe, with many students and young professionals, often from University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, creating a relaxed, 20s oriented atmosphere.
