Hi! Looking for a roommate starting around early June!

The apartment is a 2bed 2bath in West Hollywood off Sunset Blvd. The available room is unfurnished (the picture is my roommate’s stuff before he leaves), but the living room and kitchen are furnished with couch, TV, kitchenware, etc. Utilities include internet, water & power, and gas (costs fluctuate but roughly around $160/mo). Unit AC included, floor laundry available, and free 2 car tandem parking in the apartment garage included. There’s also a lot of available parking on the residential streets.

The room is also on the top floor of the apartment complex, so it’s got a really great view of the city from the living room balcony. Very safe and walkable, extremely dog friendly (you’ll see tons of people walking their dogs on the sidestreets), and nearby Ralphs, Whole Foods, Guitar Center, etc.

I’m a composer (28M) for games and animation, and I primarily work from home as an independent contractor/label admin (I work through headphones so no worries about keyboard noise btw!)

In terms of responsibilities/expectations, looking for someone clean, considerate, and actively communicative. Outside of that, I’m looking for someone who does their own thing, but enjoy chatting and def down to hang out sometimes! I’m a big Nintendo and indie game fan, A24/Neon movie guy (got AMC A-list + Letterboxd), also love jazz and try to go to shows when I can~
