Hi! I am looking for someone to fill a spot in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for 2026-2027 (possibly longer) The lease starts in July 2026 and goes till July 2027. There are also other lease length options we can discuss if needed.

About the apartment • Rent is $875/month excluding utilities which split is less than a $100/month each. • $250 deposit • Right across the street from a King Soopers and there is a Dutch Bros next to the apartment. • Bus stop is right out in front of the apartment so it is very easy to get to campus. • Parking is a $25 for the year.

About me!

My name is Love, my pronouns are they/them. I am 19 and work as a private Nanny full time. I would like a roommate who is either a working professional like me, a non-traditional student, a grad student, or upper-classman. I am neurodivergent, queer, and 420 friendly. I have two very sweet cats (Luna and Pinto) so no additional pets due to the apartments 2 pet limit :(

Someone who is queer or queer friendly is a must for me!🏳️‍🌈 I don’t really have a gender preference as long as you are lgbtq friendly. I am looking for someone who isn’t a huge partier as I’m not a huge partier. I enjoy a social event like that every now and then but mostly hang out with friends and my 2 sisters that live close by. I attend a creative writing class once a week as well as a few yoga classes a week. In my free time when I am home I’ll normally be painting, baking, cooking, reading, writing or playing with my cats. I value a pretty clean space so someone who prioritizes tidying/cleaning regularly is important to me. And I wear headphones a lot but would love to be friends with my roommate, you don’t have to talk much but please be friendly!
