Private room for rent in a well cared for Seminole home in a quite residential neighborhood near Bardmoor. All utilities included - high speed internet, on site laundry, professional pest service. Move in requires the first month’s rent/$250 deposit. Available 5/1 or a few days ahead. Room is furnished.

2 adult females, one a recently retired professional and the other a working nurse. Both chill and respectful of privacy. I do have two dogs - rescue pit mixes. It can be difficult incorporating another pet into the mix due to this, but some might be workable.
