Only $1350 for you to have both spare bedrooms and a full bath. One of the rooms can include a queen bedroom set or not. House has a loft and a large basement for storage. Looking for a person who is very kind, and drama free. One Siamese cat and a 5-pound hypoallergenic Yorkie live here. The landlord requires a background check, lease and deposit.
