Furnished room with access to whole house and a roommate who loves to cook. Pay for your groceries and I’ll cook the majority of nights. I do have a small garden if you like fresh vegetables. Other roomie is a people loving cat so you can’t be allergic or dislike cats. You can keep your room cat free of course. Property is waterfront so bring your jet ski.

3 bedroom house with a fireplace waterfront with a dock. Only downside is there are two bathrooms but only one has tub shower so we have to share. I’m very clean and the furniture and decor is modern.
