Two lovely, sunny, adjoining rooms in a large house. One room has a sink and vanity and the other is bigger with hardwood flooring, built-in bookshelves, and a large, sunny window. Both rooms have overhead fans. The bathroom is shared. AC available. Nice location near downtown and 10 min walk from campus. Common areas. Large open room is a soon to be common area for the the house! Other common are is on the second floor. Off street parking. Locked bike shed.

Four professionals live in the house. They all get along great. They are fun and in their 20’s and 30’s. They like to read, cook, play piano and hang out together. I am the landlord and don’t live there.
