The home features a great split-bedroom floorplan with a shared bath for the two available rooms. You’ll love the kitchen, which is decked out with awesome stainless steel appliances. One of the best perks is the massive fenced-in yard and patio—perfect for hanging out or letting a pup run around. We also have a U-shaped driveway, so you’ll never have to worry about getting blocked in.

The location is unbeatable. You’re minutes away from the heart of Downtown Decatur with its endless restaurants and shops, and even closer to Avondale, where you can enjoy local eats or a walk around the lake and trail.

The best part? Everything is simplified. Your $900 rent is all-inclusive, covering WiFi, electricity, gas, water, 24-hour security cameras, yard maintenance, and pest control. Note: Photos show staged furniture; the room will come unfurnished so you can make it your own!

You’ll be joining a house specifically curated for young professional women who value a clean and quiet environment. We currently have one tenant, an elementary school teacher, who is currently occupying the master suite. Each room has its own electronic lock pad.

We are a very dog-friendly household! One of the tenants has two incredibly sweet dogs, so you must be a dog lover to live here. We are looking for two more like-minded women who are responsible, respectful, and looking for a stable place to call home.
