Very nice apartment complex close by to the Okatie Walmart, tailgators bar… etc. with a very nice pool & gym and game room also close by.

The people living in the property is a mother with her boyfriend and two children, looking for two roomates FAST before the beginning of JUNE!! they are very disrespectful, they are blasting loud music on our deck people/tenants near by are complaining about my property, I’ve let them use my kitchen appliances and the mother is very destructive with my kitchen ware. they have no routine schedule for there children, they’re children stay up late constantly and sleep a lot through out the day. including the kids they are all very rude and bitter, and third they are inviting guests in all hours of the night who leave at 3 am while I’m pregnant and need my rest. All I ask for is no loud disturbances after 10:30 pm, music can be fine if it’s inside with a small speaker nothing like a boom box, and most importantly you’re respect, there will be a shared bathroom with two bedrooms available & I will be looking into getting my own WiFi network. They are also greedy eating all of my food. I’ve signed a lease for next yr & the people I stay with do not want me or my son there & they may be soon facing eviction, must be okay with dealing with a newborn but he won’t arrive until September, each room will be 1000 dollars each since this is a 3 bed apt, and also you may have guests but they cannot be in the apartment after 10 pm no acceptions! Pls contact if interested SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. No cats or dogs. No animals. Kitchen will be divided between myself and the other two individuals. Thank you!
