This is a room rental in a 5 bedroom, 2 story house in Highgrove/Grand Terrace area. The bedroom is upstairs and would be sharing a bathroom with 2 other roommates. Has basic amenities such as laundry, free street parking, and full access to the kitchen and backyard, that includes a fire pit and grill as well. We also have a garage with plenty of storage space. Utilities are included as part of your rent. The house is located about 10 minutes from UCR and there are various shopping centers in the surrounding areas. Female roommates highly preferred.

This house is occupied by 5 tenants at a time, all females ages 21 to 27. We are very communicative as a group and we each take responsibility of keeping the common areas clean on a rotating schedule. Upon touring the place you’ll be meeting with some of our other current tenants to see if you’d be a great fit for us!
