Bedroom on second floor with two windows and a deep closet (not walk-in), door opens up into shared hallway close to the bathroom which has a medicine cabinet, toilet, sink, and shower with tub. My room is at the end of the short hallway, slightly bigger. There are two washers and two dryers in the shared utility room in the basement. Water, sewer, trash, gas included in rent. We would have to split electric which is usually less than 60 dollars a month (120 split between us) its in my name but would share proof of expense and payment each month. Rent is 585 each. Shared kitchen, including dishwasher, fridge and plenty of storage. Located on 130th close to Larchmere and Shaker Square. Plenty of shops, restraunts and during the warm seasons, the Shaker Square farmers market, a short 3-5 minute walk from the apartment.

My name is Hawthorne a 34 year old disabled adult with a shy, gentle cat named Jack. I am queer so it is importnat that any roommate interested is kind and at the very least an ally. I am home often but am looking for part time work and use my spare time to volunteer at the Botanical Garden. I ask that if you smoke weed or tobacco you do so on the balcony with the inner door closed as I am sensitive to those smells. i would like to start communications asap so as to get to know potential roommates.
