I have a room available in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the Inspiration at South Pointe complex. The room is unfurnished, and there’s a large closet. The 2nd bathroom is not attached to the room, but it would be all yours. I’m on the 4th floor. You would need to get added to the lease, which ends Dec. 5th unless renewed. I’m not sure what additional costs there are for the complex (guessing background check, possibly a security deposit depending on credit–at least that’s how they determined my security deposit).

So far it seems fairly quiet here. Your room abuts an access room or utility room, so you wouldn’t have neighbors sharing a wall.

The rest of the apartment is completely furnished, including the kitchen. There is a washer/dryer as well. It has a balcony that’s fairly small but with enough room for a couple people to sit.

In general, I like to keep the apartment cooler in the evenings when sleeping (no higher than 73).

I’m a male, 40 years old, single, and work at a college. I’m very considerate, fairly clean and quiet, and considering my level of maturity, I probably came out of the womb with a cane. I try to stay active and eat healthy for the most part, so I do utilize the kitchen regularly. I’m often up by 6AM, and typically in bed before 10:30 or 11PM. I don’t really care about anyone’s politics, but I will say I lean towards the conservative side of the road (in case it makes a difference for you). Since I’m new to the area, it would be cool to find someone who enjoys hanging out as well sometimes, but if you want to keep to yourself, that’s fine too. It would be awesome to find another guy who is responsible, emotionally mature, drama free (as much as possible), and willing to keep the place cleaned up (not looking for immaculate, but would like someone who cleans up after themselves and helps with common area chores). I’ve lived with many different kinds of people in my life, and in general I’m pretty easygoing. I don’t drink anymore (almost 1.5 years sober) and don’t do drugs, nor do I smoke.

In terms of hobbies, I enjoy going to the beach, taking walks, finding new places to eat, grabbing coffee at local cafes, and reading/listening to audiobooks.
