It sits nearly 1 mile away from pearl street and 2 miles away from the CU Boulder campus; very walkable/bikeable area! Specifically, this listing is for two bedrooms that are available. One of the rooms sits next to the others and it is unfortunately the smallest bedroom of the property, however, it allows for a full sized bed, desk, fridge, and any basic amenities. The second bedroom is the largest bedroom. It is connected to the laundry room and the other bathroom of the property. This room also has garage storage space, and a walk-in closet. Other than the bedrooms themselves, the house is homey and well-equipped for comfortable living; there is a: full kitchen, washer/dryer, a furnished living room, shed/garage space, easy parking, and what we love best about the home of course, a large backyard with an enclosed patio.

My roommate, Preston and I are both students at CU Boulder, expecting to graduate in May of 2027. I am studying economics and Preston is studying education. As of current, we are both working frequently and aren’t consistently home that much. Generally, we are not stringent about any house rules and we are very easy to live with. We’re a relaxed household looking for friendly roommates to share the space with.
