Room # 1 This is a converted living room 20’ x 14’ with two additional walk-in closets on the 3rd floor (entrance on 2nd floor). This is considered to be the largest bedroom on the 3rd floor. This is fully furnished. Double occupancy is $1,200 for two people ($600 each) and covers ALL utilities see below. This is a large room that can easily accommodate two adults and provide a small living area also.
Room # 4 This room is an average sized fully furnished room on the 3rd floor (entrance on 2nd floor). This is a single room that rents for $800 a month and covers ALL utilities see below.
We occasionally cook out and socialize, but it is not required.
Utilities in the following: (1 gig high-speed internet, power, water, pest control, lawn care, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and garbage). This house is a brand-new 5 Bedroom 4 Bath house with just over 5,100 square ft. This new home is located in the Reserves in the Highlands. This home is about two minutes from I-20 and about 15 miles/20 minutes from Birmingham, (UAB), 15 minutes from Pell City, and about 15 minutes from Trussville. We plan in the future to provide a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. The house is about 1-2 miles from Moody City Park, City Hall, and the Police Department. The kitchen is fully equipped and move in ready. Use what we have in the kitchen, just clean up afterwards. We have 3 large stainless-refrigerators and plenty of pantry space. There is an open living room/wreck room/office that is a bonus room on the 3rd floor. We have finger-print/FOB/code locks for front door, back door, and bedroom doors for security.
We like to cook out on some weekends. Everyone is friendly. The house has several places to hang out in it.
