Caroline's room

We a few blocks within walking distance of the Vermont/Beverly Red Line. Private room, shared bathroom & shared kitchen area, laundry machine in each unit. There is a $100 community fee that will cover internet and utilities. There will be a cleaning lady that will clean all shared areas, so won’t need to worry about scrubbing the toilets or the stoves. There will be parking available for an additional $150/month if you choose to park on-site. For rooms that will have more than 1 person (couples), each additional person will be $300/person with an additional community fee of $30/month.

All rooms are vacant, but looking to fill each unit with either all females, all males and a mixed unit.
