It’s a 3 bed / 2 bath house located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The room is furnished, and you’ll have the option to keep the bed and table from our current flatmate, or bring your own furniture if you prefer.

We have two cats at home, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets. The bathroom will be shared with me.

We are two graduate students at the University at Buffalo—myself (F/30) and my flatmate (M/27). We both have fairly busy schedules and are usually at the university during the day, so the home tends to be quiet and relaxed. We’re looking for someone to share the lease until December. We don’t smoke, use weed, or drink at home, and we like to keep the space clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully furnished and set up for regular use.
