About the room
2-story townhouse located in the Revelry. There are 4 bedrooms, all upstairs. Each room has a personal bathroom, and there’s a half bath downstairs for guests. The washer and dryer are upstairs with the bedrooms for convenience. There’s parking for about 5 cars in the driveway, with lots of room on the street as well. The house has lots of pantry space, a fenced-in backyard, and a garage that’s being used for storage. It’s walking distance from the free pool, a bus stop that goes to campus, and The Cove. If driving, it’s about 10 minutes to the west campus, 20 to Blinn and Reillis. HEB is also very close by.
About the roomies
The three currently living here are all friends from the same hometown. One is an engineer, one is a chem major, and one is going into law enforcement. They enjoy cooking on the back porch and hanging out around a fire pit
