Located on second floor of an apartment complex in the Mission Hill neighborhood. Building is a bit older, but this apartment was recently renovated. There is 3 bedrooms, and 1 shared bathroom. Great transit area, right next to the E (Green) line and a 5 minute walk to the D line with the 39 and 66 bus real close. The room for rent is attached in the pictures, but I would say its about 35 feet x 15 feet.

Laundry is NOT in unit, but machines are located in the basement and shared by the complex. Minimum one year lease, maximum 2 year.
