Half of a double wide trailer relatively small but two bedroom (i sleep on the couch in the living room). Area is quite most times, great places to walk, and it’s close to the city so that’s a plus. Gas and Water are included in the rent, electric is there but it’s cheap so we should be able to cover it.

It’s just me and my mom, we tend to keep to ourselves and we’re usually at work unless we’re not. I work part time but im job searching currently.

We’re quite and relatively tidy, we currently have a roommate but they appear to be moving out hence this posting.
