Bathroom Setup: Toilet & shower shared with 1 other person 3-sink vanity shared between 4 people Additional half bath on the first floor
Apartment Features: Furnished living room & dining room Cute balcony facing the pool with great morning light Free parking wights gym and cardio gym pool and hot tub Great maintenance team
Laundry: No in-unit laundry, but the laundry building is about a 30-second walk and shared with nearby units (I’ve never had any issues)

About the roomies
You’ll be living with 3 other girls who are all very kind and easy to get along with. One roommate has a service dog (small–medium size, very low shedding and well-behaved). She’s a pre- vet student and is pretty busy with school and work One roommate will beginning school soon but right now she works full time at a plant nursery. The last roommate is pretty quite. She not at home a ton of the time.
