I have a magnificent 2200 sqft 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in between Larchmont and Koreatown and I am looking for a roommate(s) to rent the rooms.

Three floors of living space. Enjoy the cavernous living room with an 82“ TV, beautiful large kitchen with Bosch and LG stainless steel appliances, and guest 1/2 bath on the first floor. The second floor has a bonus loft / 2nd living room for lounging or home-office (I don’t work from home, but sometimes work on passion projects like a furniture brand I’m launching soon), etc. The top floor has all 3 bedrooms. My bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The laundry is also on this floor making that less of a chore. The whole building is about 6-7 years old and contains only 5 units, so privacy is excellent. Bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the home is.

Pets are NOT allowed by the owner

About you: Single occupancy only please. Gay, Straight, or anything else is cool with me. Financially secure and able to prove it. No smoking/drugs in the house. Overnight guests happen, we’re all adults, just give each other a heads up and I will do the same so we aren’t bumping into strangers in the house at 4am. Be reasonable and responsible. You should know how to use a dishwasher, put away clean dishes, take out the trash, and clean up after yourself like a normal adult.

Looking for great long-term roommates. No short-term rentals. Utilities are split 3 ways by roommates.

Move in is 1st month’s rent (pro-rated per day) + $1450 security deposit. You will need to fill our a rental app and have your credit checked; background checked (no fee).

I’m a 46 y/o guy that works in the design industry 8-5 weekdays. I spend weekends riding my motorcycle and skateboarding with friends and at my partner’s house. He may stay the night 1-2 weekends a month. I like to keep the house very clean and organized. I occasionally travel for work and fun and may be gone for a week or a few months from time to time. I’ve never drank, smoked, or done any drugs, but don’t judge those who do; just my choice. Plant-based here as well, but no issues living with anyone. Live your life.
