Hello my name is Elijah, I am looking for someone to take over a lease in a spacious, comfortable home! This lease just started and is for 11 more months, unfortunately I am traveling abroad for graduate school and won’t be able to stay. Great location at 7594 Wallingford Ct, San Diego, CA, the house is $1,060/month. Utilities not included. Lease Available now through next April. Room is 11 x 10 with a closet that measures 26 inches deep by 76 inches wide. Roommates are incredible, very friendly and easy to chat with.

There are 4 other roommates here, it’s a big house. Everyone works or is usually busy for the day. Luckily there is a chore chart so people try to stay clean especially in shared common areas. Mark, Alex, Amy and Olivia are the roommates. All are incredibly kind, very respectful, and easy to communicate with. There are currently 2 cats here, Percy and Rex. I don’t know if more cats are something the roommates want but I can ask if you are interested.
