Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. The property consists of: an upstairs unit with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, a cozy electric fireplace, and as for utilities it includes a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. You would also have access to the clubhouse, which features a large room with a kitchen and pool table to rent out for private parties, access to a full gym and a brand-new seasonal pool and spa. This unit itself is located just off road 68.

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease, starting sometime in late May or early June. The lease ends August 31st, 2026. My roommate, who you’d be living with, has a cat who is such a little love bug. If you have any questions or would like to see the property, pls lmk!
