I’m looking for a young professional roommate (20s–30s) to share a 3 bed / 2 bath luxury apartment starting beginning of July 2026.

The setup offers a great balance of shared space and privacy. You’ll have: • Private bedroom • Private bathroom • Access to a shared office space (3rd bedroom) • Shared living areas and kitchen

The apartment community also includes amenities like a gym, pool, parking, and gated pet area.

Rent: $1,000/month + utilities (split) Move-in: Beginning of July Tours: Available upon request

I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and easy to live with—ideally another young professional woman.

I do have one cat, so any additional pet would need to be cat-friendly, but I’m open to discussing it.

Here’s a bit more about the financials:

Move In Fees: +$35 Admin Fee +$250 Application/Transfer Fee

Then the 3 bedroom floor plan is $2250/month. So.. +$1000 Rent +$57.50 for 1/2 of Renters Kit* +$29 for 1/2 of WiFi =$1086.50 + 1/2 electricity bill

*Renters Kit includes monthly fees to cover renter’s insurance, security deposit, trash/water/recycling/sewage, and maintenance.

A bit about me—I’m Claire! I was born and raised in GJ, graduated from CMU in 2020, and I work from home as a marketing manager. I have a 15 year old cat named Theo, who is my everything. 💕Because there is already one pet in the unit, additional animals will be considered under the right circumstances.

I enjoy a variety of things—both outdoor and indoor activities! I’m pretty chill when it comes to roommates. I definitely prefer being friends with my roommate, but otherwise I just ask for mutual respect of each other’s personal and shared spaces. I’m also 420 and LGBTQIA+ friendly. 😊
