Hey! I’m renting out the second bedroom in my 2 bed/1 bath apartment The location is honestly one of the best parts it’s just 2 blocks from Aggieville and about 3 blocks from campus, so everything is super close and easy to get to. It’s also close to City Park and just a quick drive to grocery stores, shops, and pretty much anything you need. It’s a really good area to be in. The apartment itself is really cozy and gets a ton of natural light from the big windows. There’s a top-floor balcony that’s perfect for hanging out or getting some fresh air. It’s fully furnished and has newer appliances. I’m pretty clean and like to keep the place nice, but I’m also really easygoing. Just looking for someone respectful and chill to share the space with! It’s a super comfortable spot and I’ve really loved living here.

A little about me I work full-time at an early learning center here in Manhattan, so I stay pretty busy during the week. I’m into baking, keeping things clean, and honestly just enjoying a cozy, comfortable space. I also love tanning and getting out of the house when I can. I do like going out and having fun, but I’m not really looking for a party apartment. I’m totally fine with having friends over here and there, just prefer a more chill, laid-back vibe overall. I’d love to live with someone who’s also pretty easygoing, respectful, and keeps things relatively clean, ideally a student who wants a comfortable, drama-free place to live!
