Private unfurnished room with a shared bathroom in a second-floor apartment of a converted house near the bike path in the new north end. Washer and dryer in the basement, and an adequate yard shared with downstairs occupants. Furniture left by the previous occupant (not as depicted) includes a desk, dresser, and a mattress, any of which we can remove for you.

Additional bills total to a fluctuating hundred to hundred-fifty dollars per person based mostly on seasonal gas/electric usage but also includes the apartment’s internet.

Our landlord is relatively responsive to basic repair needs.

We’re all young, out-of-college, working people. We value communication and privacy. Occasionally we share time and space playing board games and table games, but usually keep to ourselves on account of skewed scheduling. Generally the apartment is relatively quiet outside of having guests over once a week.
