About the room
Nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to banks, groceries, restaurants and drugstores. In between Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports. Only 10-15 minute drive to the beach. There’s lots of parking options and a large fenced in backyard.
Have the option of renting large back room with large couches or the office has a queen sofa bed. Both options attached to guest bathroom AKA butterfly bathroom that might be shared with other intermittent visitors (not on regular basis). The back room has it’s own entry/exit (back door), yet would still need to turn off alarm at front door when necessary.
This property is gluten and toxin-free. Even certified as a National Wildlife Refuge, so lots of butterflies, birds, bees, fixed ferrel cats and squirrels. Also lots of growing edibles like mangos, papayas, spinach, herbs, etc.). The kitchen is 95% organic and 100% gluten-free.
There are lots of options… can adjust rent for help with fixing house/yard. Also have a meal plan, meaning extra monthly fee per month. I cook daily and would be happy to make meals with leftovers for lunch, etc. Meal plan equates to you having cooked meals and/or just me shopping and filling kitchen with items for you to eat/cook too… there’s a mini fridge in the back room for renter use (currently just a drink fridge).
I’m looking for someone who values communication, mutual respect, and keeping shared spaces clean.
About the roomies
Live in FL for the beach. Typically travel for work, when not traveling I’m in the home office and/or fixing and cleaning up the house and yard. I’ve taken in lots of fosters over the years, currently have an abused pup and fostering until she’s adopted (she’s very sweet/timid and only 28lbs). I’m super down to Earth, love to socialize as much as I love my solitude. Always helping others and learning new things.
Hoping whomever stays will help out with the foster pup & watering plants when I’m traveling… all can be discussed. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I’m HIGHLY allergic to gluten! This is a gluten free home… gluten can be eaten outside and wash hands upon entering.
