Essentially, I have a one bedroom apartment…inside a whole house 😊 Private bedroom and bathroom (with a shower only) and living room space available. My living room space is in the family room. We would share the kitchen and laundry room. The back yard is nice, covered deck, BBQ, fire pit. First and last months rent due at move in plus $500 security deposit.

It’s just you and me! I do have a very friendly dog and an indoor cat in the home, no more pets please. Unfortunately, others have abused that. No smoking, drugs, etc. Occasionally, my family will visit. The neighborhood is ok, mostly quiet, no problems. Parking in front of the house.
