Tri level townhome (no shared exterior walls) with small front years and balcony. Garage, basement room and closets on bottom floor. Middle level has front door, library, half bath, living room and kitchen with bar, and balcony. Top floor has three bedrooms, complete laundry room, and two full bathrooms. I’m thinking about renting out the two independent upstairs bedrooms w/ hall bath and the basement to another tenant.

Neurodivergent and pet obsessed - cats run the house. No alcohol or smoking. l’a love to develop a cleaning partnership with roommate to share the household chores.
