We have a two story four bedroom home with a large living room and formal dining room for hanging out or working from home. There is a bathroom with tub and shower shared by two plus you upstairs. Your room is downstairs next to the living room, furnished with a dresser and a twin bed. New mattress will be purchased for you! If you prefer unfurnished, just let me know. It has a large closet with my stuff currently packed up and ready to move, so it will be cleared out for you in time( see photo). Upstairs has a wrap around balcony for outdoor hanging out space with one side sunny and another side shaded by our large tree (currently being refinished, but available by July for enjoying!) Our home is an updated 1920s era home built around community living as it once was the home of the nurses from St. Mary’s at the end of the block.

We are a mix of females and some of us are immune compromised so we mostly mask in common areas. If you are also immune compromised then I think you will feel safe at home here, but we can always discuss needs so feel free to share. Are schedules are very mixed as well, but someone is almost always home and although we have some night owls and sometimes others have to work early, the walls are very thick and the house is peaceful for everyone. Sometimes we like to plan a meal and cook and eat together, so feel free to initiate. Sometimes we are chatting outside with neighbors while composting, working in the yard, refilling the little free library, or just getting home. The neighbors are all friendly and we are in a walkable part of the city close to downtown and the metro station as well as major bus lines.
