About the room
I have a nice unfurnished room. It is available May 2026. A lock to your room for privacy. We have room for Parking in the driveway. Asking $850.00/ month, and a $500.00 deposit that is non-refundable. This room has brand new flooring and blinds. The monthly rental includes all utilities (Water, Sewer, Garbage, Power, WIFI and Bi- monthly PROFESSIONAL cleaning for the shared bathroom, the use of washer dryer, kitchen, bathroom. The house has now upgraded (1 year old) a new furnace with A/C in the summer. We are located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood close to Clackamas Town Center mall freeway access Clackamas Community College, North Clackamas aquatic park, and lots of public transportation a lovely bike trail called Spring Water Corridor if you use bike for transportation. 20 mins from downtown Portland by car. 1 1/2 Hr East to Mt Hood and 1 1/2 Hr. West to the Beach. We have 1 cat that is indoor/outdoors but like attention on her terms. Please no more animals and please NO couple. Looking for a trust worthy, reliable, punctual, has a job or reliable steady income, CLEAN (IS A MUST), fun person who may be a good fit. About the roomies
Shared household, 2 females and 1 male. Everyone is pretty quiet and to themselves but we do have some nice talks on occasion. We just all have different schedules.
