A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great walks all around! One Block to Creekside Walk with great sunsets, near Marin General Hospital. YOUR ROOM INCLUDES: •Fully furnished room with high quality linens & down comforter & pillows and fairly new double mattress. All bedrooms are downstairs which is much cooler in the summer. •Dresser, small desk & sitting chair, and closet w/hangers •Bathroom (with shared shower) (also a ½ bath: toilet & sink also-guest bathroom upstairs) •Cable TV, Netflix streaming, with Ipod docking station, and DVD player, music CDs and movies. •Washer/Dryer in house •Housekeeper every two weeks, bedding changed • Walk to Larkspur Landing with great restaurants, shopping and Farmers market on Saturdays mornings or “Off The Grid” Food Trucks on Sundays 11-3., or the big farmers market. •My curious and friendly orange cat “Carmen” also lives in the townhouse. NO OTHER ANIMALS. •Please note: NO SMOKING in townhouse or on grounds. No drugs. •Share kitchen and dining room, also alfresco dining on deck. Condiments, spices for your use. •Living room open when I’m not around, or daytime. I ask to have the livingroom at night for myself after 800pm for TV (you have a flat screen in your room), after working all day.

I work for myself, outside of home in the alternative health field. I am not an early morning person, like to take walks, pilates class, stretch class, drink all kinds of tea and lattes. I am health conscious, dairy and gluten-free 90%. Like to have fun, go to movies, museums, out to dinner and music. Looking for same easy going kind of person who enjoys life, and emotionally balance and works outside of home.
