A 5 minute drive to Galleria / 65 frwy. 10 minutes or less to Jessup University or Sierra College - Rocklin.
The apartment has in-unit W&D, Dishwasher, High-Speed Internet, Parking, etc.
Utilities typically ~$150 / month per person.
Mattress and Bed Post Included.
Looking for a professional or student. No drugs or pets. We are clean, kind, quiet and respectful. It would be nice to find someone with similar values.
Must be able to pass a credit check and verify income to sign a lease.
