15 minutes (drive) from SBU! Five bedrooms, three and a half baths. This is the master bedroom, which is truly enormous. Current tenant has a queen bed AND a couch with a full bed pullout. Two walk in closets. The en-suite has a jacuzzi with jets (though we’re not sure it works or if it’s clean because the current tenant has never used it). Everything included in the $1200/month EXCEPT electric and internet. Bedrooms will not be furnished, but the entire rest of the house is!
Appliances were all brand new when we moved in, so they’re only two years old now. LOTS of space. Living room, dining room, AND den with fireplace, huge kitchen with tons of counter space and a dishwasher. The landlord is so kind and helpful and has taken care of any issue immediately. I’ve lived here for two years now and I am absolutely in love with it and never want to leave! Join me! :)
