About the room

It is a room in a brand new single wide that is 1150 square feet. You will have your room on one side and I will have mine on the other. Will have your own bathroom to. It is 15 minutes out of town. So it is nice and quiet and in a good neighborhood. Lots of room for gardening or whatever.

About the roomies

It is just me. I own two purebred labs. 1 chocolate and 1 black. I work Monday through Friday doing flooring. I am pretty easy to get along with. I am sober. Don’t mind if you smoke pot but not in the house. Everything else is a no go. I am 35 years old and I own the home and property.
