Basic information: -2,300 sqft. home. -Built 3 years ago. -4 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom. -10 minutes away from campus and 5 minutes from the Arsenal.
Cost: Rent - $650 per month including wifi and utilities Security deposit - $500
Household amenities: -Has all appliances such as in-unit laundry, fridge, dish-washer, oven, microwave, and grill. -0.25 acre backyard with a 6ft privacy fence. -Each room has a ceiling fan. -Each room has a small closet for storage. -Attic available for additional item storage
Lease dates: May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027 (If these dates do not work for you please let me know and we can discuss different dates.)
Additional information: -The rooms are currently not furnished, but if that a problem feel free to message me and we can discuss getting them furnished.
Other offer: I would be willing to rent out both rooms to a single person for $1000. This would give you a room, an office space, and your own bathroom. If this interests you let me know and we can discuss the details.
