Clean private rooms in spacious house with shared kitchen and living area!!

I’m 23 and currently a college student studying medicine. I’m usually not home much since I spend most of my time studying or working, so the house stays pretty quiet. When I am home, I’m usually gaming, so if you’re into PC or console games, we’ll probably get along well and add as friends in steam —would be cool to run something together when I have free time. I live alone and have two extra rooms available right now. The place isn’t fully furnished yet, but I’m actively working on getting everything set up. All utilities are included, along with fast WiFi (1.5 Gbps). I also have Cat 8 ethernet cables available, so if you’re into competitive gaming or just want a stable connection, you won’t have to worry about lag or buffering. Looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing.
