Looking for a quiet clean mature female with full time job The room is big 17’x11’ , carpet floor, spacious closet , bed with new mattress and small desk , private and secure parking available if you have a car , bus stops around the complex . The apartment is in the second floor of a secure condo , quiet clean smoke free , no pets , no kids . Location is great ! 10 min to Dulles AirPort, 5 min to the metro station, Reston town center, around Microsoft, google, blue origin, Fannie Mae, and others ,5 min to wegmans , Harris teeter, Safeway . Monthly rent is $850 One month rent for Security deposit Access to kitchen (light cooking) laundry inside the apartment Utilities included in rent Electricity WiFi Gas Water Parking .
