Looking for a responsible roommate to share a 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse in a quiet Eagle Point neighborhood.
You’ll have a view of the pond that’s behind us, a fully private bathroom, the home features laminate floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fast fiber internet included, central heat and A/C, in-unit laundry, a fenced backyard and street parking.
Rent: $700/month + 1/3 utilities (rent increases to $800 in September) Rental application $45, no deposit, rent is due on the 1st of every month, move-in date : available now, private landlord
Requirements: Must pass a criminal/background check
Pets : Ideally we aren’t wanting more pets due to having a senior cat that gets stressed out easily but if we needed to we’d accept a cat-friendly dog and we have 3 friendly cats.
About the roomies
We’re a couple in our mid–late 30s, work full time, quiet household, we don’t drink or party. We keep a clean house, we’re friendly, kind and easy going.
