I understand the value of a room in New York, which is why I opened “NYC Retreat”; a cosy home at 2238 Haviland Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462. I’ve noticed that finding a room in Manhattan can be challenging, so I’ve taken the initiative to offer a room in my house, which is conveniently located near to Manhattan but in the Bronx. I usually take the number 6 train to get there, which is a quick and comfortable journey, just a 5-minute walk from my home. New York City is renowned for its high cost of living, especially Manhattan, which serves as the heart of the city. The Bronx is full of history and culture. Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige live near my home, but I am not a big fan of them! I am a culture lover person who love to host for cultures and experiences. You definitely like the cosy home & my spiritual idea. Moreover, It’s budget friendly and ideal home for solo positive person. I believes; the mind is always bigger than the body! And we all maintaining the body with our mind. In life, we should welcome positive people with positive energy! That’s I am trying to be and I love to live a life around positive people, so negative people are not welcome here. In my life positivity come 1st, than home sharing, than concepts, than life! I am accepting a booking through online Check-in and it’s my responsibility to ensure all guest safety with a valid documents & Acknowledgment slip for rent. The idea behind this project is to connect with strangers and turn them into our own little family, what i called zooFamily.
