The complex is in a central area, close to grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, etc. There’s a bunch of great amenities: pool, 24-hour gym, business center, dog spa & park. The room is a 2-bedroom, each room has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. There’s an in-unit washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking.

I’m a 20-year-old female college student, going into my senior year. My current roommate is moving out, so I need someone to take over her portion of the lease. I’m very laid-back and easy-going, mostly a homebody, but I spend a lot of time at work, in class, or at the gym. On weekends, I like to go to the beach and explore Florida.
