About the property

This is a 1br 1bath apartment in a very fun 17 unit complex. My girlfriend and I have to move unexpectedly, and we’re looking for someone (or a couple) to step into our 1-year lease which ends 2/28/2027. The unit comes with a large storage room behind the tandem parking spots. We have 3 bikes and boxes of decorations in there now and there’s still space. The best part about the complex is the other tenants - we have become good friends with our neighbors and frequently hangout at each others apartments after work. The on-site property manager is amazing and helpful. Shared laundry (never a problem). Super walkable neighborhood. We’re bummed we have to move, but if you’re interested please reach out.
