About the room
The available room is comfortable and the perfect size for studying. The unit is located in a safe, comfortable apartment complex that features great community amenities, including a swimming pool, a spa and a small fitness gym. Fully furnished except for special pillows and a thick duvet or comforter. However, a big, cozy white fleece blanket and a lightweight coverlet-style blanket and cushions are provided.
Kitchen & Parking: You are welcome to use the kitchen utensils and shared basic cooking essentials (salt, sugar, etc.). Free unassigned parking is available within the apartment lot on a first-come, first-served basis. .
About the roomies
The apartment is 2-bedroom, 1 shared bathroom layout. My student daughter lives in the master bedroom, and I live in the living room, but I work usually more than 30 hours a week.
We have a friendly cat who loves to explore every room. He enjoys sitting by the window, so we are looking for a roommate who is comfortable having him around when home. You are welcome to close your door when you go out, or leave it open if you’d like him to visit! The bedroom door has a standard privacy latch (no external key lock), but the home environment is incredibly safe, quiet, and respectful.
