Shared use of living areas but happy to give you shared spaces completely to yourself on request. At this time only other occupant is homeowner who is only downstairs except for occasional use of study upstairs.

About the roomies
Working adult, busy and courteous of shared spaces. You have your own bathroom upstairs that you are the only user of and responsible for cleaning. But that could change if the other room rents as well
Sitting area outside of your bedroom could be used as your space as well, but cats do have access to that area. Dogs are only downstairs and house is kept clean so there are not pet odors.
