4 bdrm home. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Quiet neighborhood, safe for evening walks to the parks. Owner has pets. Shared use of living areas but happy to give you shared spaces completely to yourself on request. At this time only other occupant is homeowner who is only downstairs except for occasional use of study upstairs.

Room could be furnished if requested.

Working adult, busy and courteous of shared spaces. You have your own bathroom upstairs that you are the only user of and responsible for cleaning.

Sitting area outside of your bedroom could be used as your space as well, but cats do have access to that area. Dogs are only downstairs and house is kept clean so there are not pet odors.
