About the room
Posting on my roommate’s behalf — we’re planning to transfer his portion of the lease for $1,342/month at The Yards at Malvern.
It’s a really solid and well-maintained setup — fully furnished, spacious living room, and a comfortable, modern vibe throughout the unit. The apartment comes with great amenities including a gym, elevator access, and a hot tub, all within the building/community, making day-to-day living super convenient.
The location is also a big plus — just about 5 minutes from Vanguard, which makes it ideal for anyone working in the area.
The lease would run from June 1 through September 15, though the dates are flexible. There is also an option to continue or extend the lease beyond that if interested(the other roommate is open for an extension)
Looking for someone who values a chill, clean, and respectful living environment.
