Great room in a great house. I have an amazing garden. I have 2 awesome labradoodles. Surrounded by hiking trails. House in within Austin Bluffs open space. I have a bike storage / shop and full gym in my conversion basement. Room is a guest room with walk in closet and a hall bath. UCCS is walking distance. Quite neighborhood. Serene property.
