I have a Quiet, clean and cozy room in Union City right off of hwy 85 and flatsholes / fully furnished with TV / very clean /one other male roommate / office space / washer and dryer/ eat in kitchen. / private backyard / street parking / rooms have personal keypad locks /Home located 12 minutes from airport / 20 mins from downtown / MUST be someone who keeps a clean space and doesn’t have excessive company / home is a smart home / looking for atleast 3-6 month lease terms. BACKGROUND AND ID CHECK REQUIRED/ credit check is a plus but not required /I do require a a short application and a lease to be signed for the term of your tenancy. $150 deposit instead of $200 if you do the credit check.
