Great location, near north bridge to Siesta Key, many grocery and retail locations. Room is Furnished included internet and firestick. Utilities are included as well. There is a pool on the property as well. Plenty of room, full beautiful kitchen to share. Bathroom is a guest bathroom but will be the roommate primary before guest. We are laid back. I work from home so their is a quite time between 8:30am to 6pm. My office is in a separate room.
My husband and I are active during the weekends and evenings. We rarely have guest over but there are times a friends will stop by. We do not drink or use any drugs but respect other people’s preferences.
